At NuvoLinQ, privacy isn’t a checkbox, it’s a core design principle. As a modern connectivity and bonded-cellular technology provider, we build systems that move data securely, intelligently, and transparently.

Our Commitment to Privacy

Protecting personal information is fundamental to how we operate, innovate, and earn the trust of our clients. This policy explains how we handle personal information across our platforms, network services, and operational environments. We comply with Canadian privacy laws, including PIPEDA, the Privacy Act, and applicable provincial legislation, and we align with global best practices.

This policy applies to:

  • All personal information processed by NuvoLinQ
  • All digital products, network services, and operational systems
  • All employees, contractors, and authorized partners
  • All client engagements, including enterprise and broadcast clients

This policy does not apply to anonymized or aggregated data that cannot identify an individual.

  • Client-approved third parties, as defined in contractual agreements

All third parties must meet NuvoLinQ’s privacy and security standards and are bound by strict confidentiality obligations.

Cross-Border Processing

In limited cases, data may be processed outside Canada for redundancy or routing efficiency. When this occurs, NuvoLinQ ensures:

  • Contractual safeguards

Cross-border processing is minimized and always disclosed upon request.
