Employee Spotlight: Emma Bomberry, Director Of Account Management

Emma Bomberry has been part of NuvoLinQ since its earliest days, and has helped shape the company’s approach to customer success from the ground up. Today, as Director of Account Management, she leads the team responsible for keeping NuvoLinQ’s clients supported as they scale, from onboarding through the day-to-day account work that keeps a fleet running.

Bomberry started her career in the tech industry right out of university, a transition she describes as exciting and, at first, intimidating. Fifteen years later, she credits the people around her, mentors and colleagues alike, for shaping both her professional path and the way she now approaches her own team.

“What makes NuvoLinQ such a unique and fulfilling place to work is the people behind the company’s vision. The leadership team brings decades of industry experience, and their commitment to innovation, collaboration, and employee growth creates an environment where people genuinely want to succeed together.”

That continuity shows up in her own working relationships too. She’s built connections with colleagues that have lasted more than a decade, which she points to as evidence of the culture NuvoLinQ has built.

Asked where the company is headed, Bomberry pointed to NuvoLinQ’s focus on eSIM and global connectivity as a leader in the IoT space, and highlighted a run of industry-first milestones over the past year as a sign of that momentum continuing.

On the industry itself, she’s watched connectivity demands shift considerably over the years:

“The IoT and connectivity industry is constantly evolving, and businesses today require reliable, secure, and flexible global connectivity solutions more than ever before. Being part of an industry that is shaping how businesses connect and operate globally makes the work both meaningful and rewarding.”

Outside of work, Bomberry is currently focused on family, a season of life she says NuvoLinQ has been supportive of alongside her career, something she counts among the reasons she’s stayed with the company as long as she has.
